Peels

Glycolic peels
is a safe process that removes a micro thin top layer of skin. Removal of these damaged cells stimulates cell division that results in plumper, healthier, newer cells. The glycolic peel procedure:

  1. Smoothes and softens the skin
  2. Diminishes fine lines
  3. Decreases acne
  4. Evens out discoloration
  5. Increases moisture retention
The result is a wonderful appearance of glowing, healthier and more youthful skin!

For optimal results, peels are performed weekly over a period of six weeks. Most people notice a change in skin appearance and texture right away. Improvement continues over the course of the treatments revealing fresher, younger skin. Mild peels usually take about 20 minutes, making the procedure convenient and accessible at any time of the day, even the lunch hour!

Peels begin at a strength of 20% glycolic and increase in percentage over the course of your treatment up to 70%. Your consultant will determine the right program for your skin. Generally, a series of six to eight treatments are required for optimum results. These are spaced two to three weeks apart. The results of the peel are quickly evident.  This form of skin rejuvenation is highly recommended for all types of skin, especially mature skin that has been sun-damaged and is beginning to show signs of aging.

Salicylic peels

Consists of salicylic acid – a beta-hydroxy acid which is found naturally in willow bark, wintergreen leaves, and sweet birch bark. Formulations containing high concentrations of salicylic acid help slough off dead cells and debris while stimulating the skin’s natural renewal process.

DEEP PIGMENT REDUCER PEELS (DPRP)
A DPRP skin peel is a medium to light peel, which uses to create a balanced, controlled exfoliation of several layers of damaged epidermis. This exposes a new, fresh layer of skin and pores with a more even color and a smoother texture. In addition, this peel stimulates new cells to grow, thereby tightening the skin and decreasing lines and wrinkles.

DPRP peels can effectively treat:
  1. Dull, weathered skin
  2. Freckling
  3. Blotchy pigmentation (including melasma)
  4. Sun damage (including pre-cancerous lesions)
  5. Fine wrinkles s
  6. Shallow acne scars
